What are some things I can do so I'm not so sore after training?!

What are some things I can do so I'm not so sore after training?

I figure skate and everyother day I do an excersise routine at home and on the other days I go to the ice rink but I get so sore that I cant jump.


Answers:

To minimise muscle damage and decrease soreness follow a few easy steps.

- Stretch before and after the activity
- Always warm up by going through some of the actions you will be completing slowly
- Always warm down at the end, slowly skating around
- Stretch after you have completed the activity.

You may even want to go for a swim or relax in a spa, possibly even the day after the activity and move your legs around lots while in the water.
