Answers:
some suggestions:

Breakfast: serving of low sugar oatmeal, a banana, and half a cup of 2% milk

* breakfast is carb heavy and too low in protein!. meals should be balanced to keep insulin levels stable!. each meal should roughly contain the same amount of protein as it does carbs!. add protein in this meal

Lunch: Sandwich (wheat bread, 2 deli slices baked ham, 1 piece of 2% cheese) A mixed greens salad with a serving of baby carrots and 2 tbsp on fat free dressing!.

* not bad!. although I would change the wheat bread for something healthy!. wheat bread is made from processed grains and usually contains some sugars!. try to find some Ezekiel breads at your local market, they are made from sprouted grains and are about as healthy as bread gets!.

Dinner: mcdonalds grilled chicken southwest salad, fruit and yogurt parfait, and a small orange juice!.

* not bad for a fast food meal but next time 86 the parfait, nothing but simple sugars in that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to McDonald's nutritional website, google it, and you will find that the yogurt parfait has a ton of calories in it!. Its not as healthy as you might think! Orange juice has a lot of empty calories too!. Better to eat the orange, you get the benefit of the fibre!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

why you though counting carlories lose weight!?
not to try eat healthy food!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

That sounds like a low-cal, very low-fat diet!.

I would die eating as little as that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
