I am on a diet and I want to know if I ate the right things !!!?
For breakfast I ate Cereal with milk 1 orange 1 Piece of toast and a couple of grapes for Lunch I ate a Turkey sandwich on wheat bread and for supper I ate a McDonald's Southwest grilled chicken salad ( I know its bad for me I never knew that till I finished eating it also I only ate half of the salad ) So was all this healthy choices ?

I had nothing on the turkey sandwich I had whole milk with the cereal and the cereal was Honey Bunches oats and I did NOT drink any soda

you may need more calories. you are a guy from what i can tell, so 1500-1600 would be a good calorie count.
turkey on wheat is good.
breakfast may need some protein. i would nix the cereal and have a couple egg whites with a piece of toast with 1 tbsp peanut butter on it.
your dinner - eh, mcdonalds? they usually have high fat dressings. lettuce from mcdonalds, yuck. a good dinner would be a homemade chicken breast with brown rice and vegetables.
