The more you grow the more weight your body has to gain to be healthy!!
Just because your growing in height does not mean your are going to be overweight!. 125 lbs is still slim for your height!. Keep active, limit the junk food and drink plenty of water and you'll be fine!. The point is to stay at a healthy weight and work to maintain it!. Your weight is fine, you shouldn't lose any!. As you get older your metabolism may eventually slow down but were talking a long time from now!.
Enjoy your life, don't stress over these thing's!. As long as your healthy you have no worries!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're a bit too thin for your height, I'm afraid!. Don't worry about weight gain!. You need it, you're growing!. You're active in sports and are probably putting on more muscle mass too!. Stay active and eat healthy and you'll be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is just part of growing!. You have no need to worry about weight gain!. If anything you are to skinny!. Just keep living life!. At 14, have fun!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
