Losing weight...!!?!


Question: Losing weight!.!.!.!!!?
I want to drop from a Australian size 11 to a size 8 (American 7 to 4, UK 9 to 6) !. I am 5'4 (163cm) weigh 136 pounds (62kg)!. My BMI is something like 21-22!.

What is the quickest way I can get to a size 8 (or US 4 or UK 6)!? I know to drink 2L of water everyday and I have a gym bike that I work out on and try to walk for 30 minutes everyday!. I DONT want to bulk up, I want to slim down!.

I was thinking of going on a diet of negative calorie foods could anyone tell me some!?

You should be doing aerobic exercises (no, not the funny stair stepping) that get your heart rate into a "target" zone for weight loss!. Unless you're really out of shape, walking and exercise biking is probably not doing that!. Take it from someone who went from 230 lbs to 170 lbs through careful calorie counting, jogging, and exercise machines!. Basically, you should aim to get your heart rate at about 140 (depending on your age; this would be too high for someone over 50) for a full thirty minutes a day!. You can probably treat that as 300-400 calories burned that day if you are counting!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

GET A TRAMPOLENE!. YOU MAY NOT REALISE IT BUT YOU LOSE A GREAT BIT OF WEIGHTJUMPING UP AND DOWN!.
ALSO WOMEN DONT GET BULKY BY DOING THAT!. IF YOU WANTED TO BE BULKY YOU WOULD HAVE TO GYM ALMOST ALL THE TIME!. YOU NOT TRYING TO BECOME A BODYBUILDER!.

Try setting yourself on a calarie based died, insted of a usual 1500 (for women) try!.!. a 1000 a day!.!. eat what you want as long as it fits in the calaries!.!. i have been using that for about 5 months and find it really works :)
