Desperate Young Girl Trying to Lose Weight?

Hello, my best friend's younger sister is 13 years of age and is so desperate to lose weight, she hardly has anytime to exercise due to the fact that she is mostly in the car running eerands with her mother. She does however use her trampoline every night, although she has been so sore lately from using it so much she is taking it easy out there, she has been on a diet for a while eating low fat foods, such as grilled chicken, salads, etc, is there anything I can recommend to my best friend's sister to help her speed up the process of losing some weight without a HUGE increase in exercise?

The main thing to remember is to burn more calories than you are taking in......and exercise......you can exercise by just walking 30 minutes a day.......starting out and build yourself up to an hour...vary your workout with other things you like to do, cycling or other things.....
also throw in some crunches, squats, and push ups every other day and you have a well rounded work out that will help you to build up your muscles...which in turn will burn more calories, and also burn more fat.....this is the essential part of losing weight......
You will benefit greatly by doing this.....

Now, cut down on your eating.....eat less......you do not have to deprive yourself at all....JUST DONT OVER DO IT....
Figure out why you need to lose weight, what has caused you gain it....have you gained because of emotional eating or what? Write down what you eat daily......that will show you what you eating....EACH AND EVERY BITE.....
Also when you eat...write down why you are eating....are you bored...hungry...nervous....or what....
Now comes the fun part....journal.....write about life.....good things, bad things...write everything down...start it now....and keep it up......It will tell you so very much about your life....It will help you with everything in life........I have done this, am still doing it.......It has helped me to see things....and I have changed things for the better over all.....
