you should know that a healthy diet contributes 75% to 80% of fat loss, and the remaining comes from exercise!.
best exercises to burn over all fat: cardio of any type, basically anything that raises your heart beat to target heart beat, aim to do at least 20min in raised heartbeat mode!.
target workouts for stomach: situps/crunches!. also when you walk/run/go up and down stairs make sure you suck in your stomach, in other words try to pull your belly button towards your spine, doing this while walking etc also works as well as situps!.
best for thighs: plies, jumping jacks, lunges, after a while try doing plies while you are holding a pair of weights!.

Eating healthy and any kind of cardio activity of course!. Crunches maybe!.

I like exercise videos!. They vary greatly, something for everyone probably!. I like videos that combine cardio and strength training!. Tae Bo is an example of that type of video!. They are aerobic (fat loss), and use your own body weight and functional movement to strengthen your body (toning)!. They can work your core and thighs very well!.
I believe that standing ab work is more effective than crunches/situps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stomach- crunches on a stability ball, reverse crunches on the ground (lift legs up and down instead of head), and some cardio!.
Legs- Squats, lunges, and a 30 minute walk/run/jog!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
