Question: I am begining to lose weight!.!.!.!.!?
I don't want to lose it in my breasts!. If I do exercises that work my pecks will that help keep my breasts full!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, without knowing your current weight and how much weight you intend to lose I can't give you a totally accurate answer to your question!. However, here is the best I can do!. Unfortunately, regardless of what exercises you do even with a targetted routine you are going to lose some of your bust with a large weight loss!. How much bust you lose will be dependent on several factors!. One, what is your current bust size!? Two, how much weight do you intend to lose!? Three, do you carry most of your weight around your hips or around your midsection!? Four, how old are you!? As a general rule, the younger you are the less bust you should lose due to weight loss (unless you a pre-teen), if you lose less than 10% of your body weight you could see little or no loss of bust, is you carry your weight more around your hips instead of your midsection this would also help reduce loss of bust!. The bottome line however is that your breast are really just pockets of fat and most instance of weight loss will reduce them!. Good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to come up with some type of a reward system, this will help keep you motivated!. One of the best things to do is make a contingency contract!. Stating what you want to do, who will help you do it, and what do you get for doing it!.

Then also try to find a well balance diet program!. My friend did this one diet program where the average weight lose is 7 pounds in 9 days!. To loss the weight i think this option and its work for me:

eat more fruit
drink fresh juice
get detoxification
no junk food
no milk
no yogurt
no soda
drink natural water
sport (like exercise, running, walking, aerobic, swimming)
eat more salad
good sleep


the example eat menu :

Breakfast

Always same: juice presses fresh, as much as desirable, up to 14 ounce; fresh succulence as much as desirable, or salad fruit; when do you very hungry!. When not make difficult, sometimes fun replaced fruit every day that eaten at morning

Lunch

Fresh fruit juice, or carrot juice, 4 - 8 ounce, when does desirable!. Salad with fresh Vegetable addition desirable and combination sandwich with cucumber or celery!.

Dinner

Fresh vegetable cocktail juice, soup cream cauliflower!. Potato boat or simple grilled chicken!. Garlic flavor string bean!. Salad green French!.

if you lose weight
you will lose it in your breasts too
because your breasts have fat in them!.

you cannot target your weight loss, sorry!.
working out your pecs will keep your chest muscles but has nothing to do with your actual breasts!.

what you can be consoled with is the fact that your cup size may go down, but so will the strap size the (32, 34, 36) making your breasts still look proportionate

if you are not drastically losing weight, then you probably dont have to worry about losing your breasts or a cup size anyways!.
