I need some serious answers?!


Question:

I need some serious answers?

my weight is on the line. ok here goes. i just ate 2 sandwiches and it's after 9pm. i dont want to risk gaining too much extra weight. so is it best to burn calories now even though it's night, or weight til morning to burn calories. i dont want the food to be stored.

also, do you think that i can lose 5-7 pounds in 2 weeks by exercising everyday and drinking lots of water and eating regularly?

i currently weigh 135 with a 32 inch waist. im aiming for 130 with 30 inch waist. can it happen in two weeks if i have high metabolism?

i need to look better in my bathing suit for my 16th birthday. that's when i plan to get my FIRST kiss. im sooo nervous, but so excited at the same time.


Answers:

You can eat any time during the day, yes, even after whenever Pm.
You should eat between 1200-1500 calories a day. Don't go below 1200, or you won't lose much after a while. Your body will go into starvation mode.

You can lose a pound or two healthfully in one week.
Also, muscle weighs more than fat(and takes up less room), so even if the scale might say 135 still, you could be a bit slimmer.

So you could lose a few pounds, but even if you lost those 5-7 pounds, it might not be too noticeable.
On the day of the party, eat breakfast, but not a big one. I find that when I eat lighter meals, I look slimmer during the day.
