Weight Help!!!!?

I am 5'8' 160lbs! I need a exercize routine! Anything dont tell me to swim or anything like that i can only work out at night I work all day long! I really need to lose weight I hate how big my thighs have gotten even my stomach and face! Blah Help!

Why don't you make a game out of it. Games are fun. If you have to work hard at it you will only be more miserable. Cut back on portions and eat fruit between meals. No junk unless it's something you can count like M&M's. Say eat 10 a day, not the whole bag. Write down everything you eat each day so you can look back and see how you are doing. Don't tell anybody, let them see your results. They will ask after a couple of weeks how you are losing weight. If it's fun you will not want to stop. If it's hard you won't stay on a diet. They don't work. You always give up and gain more than you lost.
