Elliptical machines?!


Question: Elliptical machines!?
I've started to use the elliptical machines for about 30 minutes a day, 5 to 6 days a week!. I'm really interested in weight loss and gaining more physical endurance!.

What are the best exercise programs on these machines to acheive my goals!. Right now I'm using the cross country mode!. I know there is a weight loss mode, but it doesn't seem to be doing much for me!.

Also, is it better to use the ellipticals that have the hand grips that are stationary or the ones that move back and forth as you move!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I use the elliptical 6 times a week 45 mins each time!. I use the one that the bars dont move with your arms!. I put the resistance to 8 or 9 and do the one with hills because it works out all parts of your legs and butt!. It has helped me not only lose fat all over but tone up my calves and booty!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
