Question: Which is more difficult for you to stick to a healthy diet or daily exercise!?

I have a harder time sticking to a heathy diet 24/7 because sometimes I just crave having sweets!. But I excercise between 5 to 7 days a week and always make that a top priorty for myself every morning because it helps to really give me the energy I need each day (and also a great way to relieve stress)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Exercise! If I'm tired, I have to force myself to do it, but with healthy eating, I start to crave healthy foods and feel listless when I eat high fat meals!. Or, I get a headache, so its also easy to avoid what gives me a headache (from nitrates in the foods to preserve them)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've been on a healthy very little-junkfood diet for about a year now and I don't struggle at all with it!. But sometimes I just get lazy and skip a day or two of workouts!. Luckily most of the year I have 2+ hour sports practices every day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is hard to exercise and enjoy it when you are feeding your body junk!.

It is quite easy to eat a healthy diet and not exercise!.
