How to get more weight ?!


Question: How to get more weight !?
I'm 186 cm tall,but weight is just 63 kg!.

I don't know how to get more weight!.

eat more carbohydrates!. and eat food after dinner each night about an hour before bed!. make it something with alot of kjs or calories!. like pasta, milkshake, cake or buns!.
make sure that your diet is still well balanced though!. gaining weight doesnt mean cutting out veggies!. just increase the amount you are eating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

this is interesting, people usually wants the opposite!. anyhow it could be as hard though!

i'd say to gain more weight the easiest-just change the way you think about food, just eat whatever you want, how much you want, do less work if possible, and sleep a lot!.

switch to deep frying, use animal and vegetable fat, lard, palm oil!.!.!.!.opt for full cream milk, full fat cheese, cream, yougurt!.!.!.(I mean MORE dairies *smile*)

also, taking highly processed food so that you'll hunger more often, therefore eat more!.!.!.always have confetti/chocolates in hand and food that make you fat instantly: they are pastries, cakes, chocolates, chips, biscuits and sugars, sugars, and sugars of courseWww@Answer-Health@Com

I'm going to assume you're wanting muscular weight, not to just add weight!. (You want to be strong, athletic, and have more weight for sports or something, right!?)

To bulk up!.!.!.!. Your diet should be heavy on proteins and liberal amout of carbs combined with an exercise program that is more weight training than cardio!. Suppliment your regular meals with a protein shake or protein bar as a snack midmorning and midafternoon!.
