Question: Which foods do you wish you ate more of!?Less of!?
More:Fruits and veggies!. I could stand to order a salad more often for dinner!.


Less:Ice cream!. I'm a slave to Ben and Jerry's!. If a carton could talk and ordered me to jump I'd say "How high Mr!. carton!?"Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think I eat badly!.!.!. I just eat out a lot, but when I do, it's not really fatty foods!.!.!. mostly salads and such!. So I guess I were to change anything, it'd be that I eat out less!.

More of:Healthy Foods!. Or foods with ALOT less calories and fat! More vitamin A B and C!

Less of:Junk, and fat, and sugar ,and sooo many calories!. I'm still young, so I'm trying to eat less! And the McDonalds fries!!! And even Fritos!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I wish I could stay away from the fried!.!.!.!.and the carbs!.!.!.!.mmmm french fries!.!.!.!.!.!.I do eat a lot of veggies and protien though so I don't really feel I need more of any food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
