Question: Need some help with weight gaining! seriously!!?
Hey guys im a boy 15 just turned 15 and weigh 95 POUNDS!. Im 5' 6"!. In school Im always made fun of for having thin wrists, I cant take this any more!. I eat ALOT a day and dont do hard excerises at all!. just maybe bench for fun or play baseball outside with friends!. Im half white half asian!. My dad is 6 ft and has a small trunk but BIG arms and is 170 pounds!. Mom is small, 5' 2" 100 pounds!. Mom is asian dad is white!. Help me out with some fat gaining tips please!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't eat junk food to gain weight!. What you need to do to gain weight and still maintain a healthy body is to eat healthy foods but just much more of them!. What you do in general is good!. You have a very fast metabolism so you need to eat more than other people do!. Would your name happen to be Matt!? I know a kid who is exactly like you!. Ethnicity, weight, height and everything!. Have 5-6 small meals per day
Include complex carbohydrates and protein in each meal!.
Pasta, Oats, Barley, brown rice !.!.etc!.!. Are good sources of carbs while Chicken breasts, lean beaf, egg whites, fish, whey protein, are good sources of protein!.
Include some healthy fats to your diet!. Eat natural peanut butter, it contains the good kind of fats and it's PACKED with calories which is what you need in order to gain weight HEALTHY!.

Include weight training to your routine to add some lean muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok listen!. all you have to do is increase your calorie intake to about 2000-3000 cals a day!. that means eat every 2-3 hrs!. SMALL meals!. Protein in every meal!. Start working out!. If possible get a gym membership or get a bench and some free weights at your house!. do exercises like deadlifts, squats, bench, and other multi joint movements!. trust me if u eat a lot and train hard you will gain weight fast!. get protein shakes drink them after workouts and before if you want!. if u don't wanna workout just eat a lot a lot of healthy food!. try to eat as little sugar and sodium as possible!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would suggest not necessarily gaining fat, but gaining muscle!. I'm not sure there's much you can do for small wrists!.
If I were you I would lift weights and try and get toned!. Dont worry about being thin, it'll be a good thing later on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
