I used to have the fattest stomach!. I'm 5'8" with body weight 220lb!. It is more than your!. Even though I try weight loss pill it never go down!. I've spent 1000 of Ringgit!. Recently I found some technique to lost weight that is proper diet!. Which is relating to your blood type!. Like me, my blood type is A and if I eat red meat, I could not digest!. If I eat vegetable I can digest well!. If you can not digest well the extra calories will be store in your belly as fat!. If you can digest it will burn as body need!. Now, I lost about 19lb in 60 days!. I eat about 1kg of fried vegetable(water cress) in the evening!. Try this you will see the result!. And I also found good site and I put it into my blog http://goodpieces!.blogspot!.com !. It gave me great workouts and diet tips and showed me what I was doing wrong before!. You can get free e-book from this site!. I trying that one now!. I can grantee that my advice would help you!.

I think you're making a mistake!.!.!. water fasting is extremely dangerous, and you run the risk of your vital systems slowing down considerably!. It'll actually work against you because your body will go into starvation mode, decreasing your metabolism down to low levels, so you'll probably only lose a 3-4 lbs during the week, and you'll put it right back on when you start eating again because your body will hold onto all the food you eat!.

If you must "semi-fast" try and eat 1200-1500 calories a day, which still is extremely low for 80kilos (176 lbs)!. Have you considered that 176 lbs is only about 40-50 lbs over weight for being 5'2"!? This you can EASILY lose 6-8 months with PROPER diet and exercise!. There is no quick fix for this!. Your body will fight back when you try to deny it of fuel, and if you think of it like a car, with low fuel it'll sputter and eventually die out!. Without energy, you won't even be able to work out!!!

My suggestion: 1500-2000 calories a day with 30 minutes of cardio and some weightlifting!. Alternate days between the 1500 and 2000 calories to confuse your body!. You'll probably lose around 10-12 lbs the first month, and 6-8 in subsequent months!. Just give it a shot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's unhealthy and wrong because it is a temporary solution!. Whatever weight you lose will be right back as soon as you start your normal routine again, if not more because you'll mess up your metabolism!. It's important to eat well to lose weight, change your dietary habits permanently and the change you see will be permanent!. To answer your question concerning exercise, a little of both will get you the best results!. Again, too much would be harmful!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Any loss you make will be purely coincidental to not consuming food!.

Would you like this weightloss to be long term!? If so, that the only thing that will happen AFTER the fast, when you return to normal eating, is that the body will store most of the food as energy reserves as it is in a state of starvation!. Your body thinks it won't get food for a long time again, and will make things worse :(

Rather stick to your training plan (as mentioned) drink MORE water, and just maintain a healthy balanced diet!. After all, it's all about a lifestyle change!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's not that this is risky, it's pointless!. Going on a water fast is only going to slow your metabolism down (meaning you won't be burning any fat!.) Push ups, crunches, sit ups and weights will build muscle, add more weight (since muscle weights more than fat,) and won't burn a lot of calories!. Cardio would be better for weight loss!.
Any weight you lose from this will be gained back effortlessly!. I suggest you change your diet and work out, the normal and healthy way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

One word: DON'T!.

Health is like electricity!. You do not know its value until it's gone!. Do not - do not play with your health and purposely get into trouble!.

This is the only advise I can give you!.

Eat right (controlled portions) - exercise 4 times a week 1 or 2 hours a day!. This is the one and ONLY way!.

All others will get you into trouble!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you plan to waterfast you will not have the energy to do hours of any workout!. Food fuels your body!. You will lose weight, but risk a hospital visit!. Please think twice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

waterfast !?it's wrong!.
maybe yours body will be worse!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
