Best way for skinny guy to add muscle?!


Question: Best way for skinny guy to add muscle!?
Should I go straight for weightlifting or maybe group classes that add tone!?
I am all bones, so it looks like I just need to add muscle!.

I suggest you go to a gym!. though lifting weights and stuff like that is good!. you also need some cardio vascular activities like running!. My routine is one day lift one day run and so on!. also you may want to eat high ammout of meatsWww@Answer-Health@Com

uhhhh if you a skinny guy you double or even triple your calorie intake with healthy calories!. protein is good but you don't need all those fancy shakes and supplements but in order for your body to build muscle you need to build up mass!. period!. fat is that mass once you gain some fat do what the guy above me said squats, bench bress, and dead lifts those are all power lifting work outs!.!.!. and tone is just a simple way of saying extremly low body fat anyone can be tone just have 5% body fat!.!.!.!.!.once you increase your calories and work out extremly intense- remember intensity is key!. you should be able to put on muscle GOOD LUCK MATEWww@Answer-Health@Com

Good warm up, bench presses, squat, deadlifts!.
These are the exercises that will put on some real meat on your body!.
One should not waste his time with curls and stuff like that so early!.
You should take care however not to overstress your body because these exercises are heavy!.
Low weights, plenty of days for rests in between, many reps, NEVER heavy weight until you build a good base or you'll get injured!.
You really don't need much else to pack on some muscle at this point with minimal effort!.
Deadlifts and squats will stimulate your anabolism and increase testosterone production to the point where you'll feel great energy for a couple of days after the work out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dude i wish i knew!.!.!.!.im pretty effing skinny too!. i just have a really fast metabolism!. i worked out for about 2 hours a day for lyk a whole year, and the results were pretty depressing!.!.!.no noticable change whatsoever!. >!.>Www@Answer-Health@Com

Skinny people don't tone!.
It's not hard, you need to weight lift as a guy!.
Start out small and don't over-indulge yourself!.
Get a personal trainer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try to eat healthy foods with high protein like fish!. And gain some fat!. you need fat to build muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Very hard to do when you have a fast metabolism!.!.!.!. Eat lot of protein!.!.!.!. Good protein, chicken and lean meats!.!.!. and pump some iron!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
