How can I cope with late night hunger?!

How can I cope with late night hunger?
I'm trying to loose about 15 lbs, and I just started my diet, anyone got any ideas for dealing with nightime hunger?
Answers:
eat a full, protien rich breakfast.
Go to bed earlier.
Aditional info: Dont drink tea, even green tea. It has lots of cafine in it (albeit less than coffee) but it'll keep you awake later, giving you the opertunity to eat more late night snacks. Stay away from caffeen (even chocolate and soda) 6 hours before you sleep. Even if it doesnt appear to make you stay up late, it'll lessen the quality of your sleep.
