Is there something wrong with my metabolism ??!

Question: Is there something wrong with my metabolism !?!?
in the last 3 months i have been losing weight intentionaly!. i went from 83 Kg to 63 Kg (which i am quite happy about :))

the problem is ive kinda stopped watching what i eat and im always hungry and i mean ALWAYS!!
in one meal i can eat 3 bowls of pasta or rice with all the meat and sauce that go with them (and these are generous portions) and thats just one meal!!!. this doesnt include various snacks i eat!

i drink 10 large glasses of water a day and my doctor told me my thyroid and diabetes checks show im fine!. the scariest thing is that im still losing weight (more slowly but still losing)!. as good as the food is im scared

i do 150 minutes of walking with the dog for exercise but other than that i dont do much

does anyone know if my metablism increased when i was losing weight!?!? (if thats possible)!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Heh, the same thing happened to me!. I'm eating more food now than I did when I was super fat and I'm losing weight!. I attribute that to eating better quality food (whole wheat bread instead of white, natural oily peanut butter instead of that processed crap, turkey burgers instead of fatty fast food burgers, brown rice instead of white)!.

Did you know that it takes your brain 5 minutes to tell your body that you're full and to stop eating!? Stop eating before that last serving and wait a bit!. If you're still hungry, then go ahead and eat, but give your brain a chance to catch up to your stomach!. See if that helps you cut down at all!. Kudos to you on your 20Kg loss!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you ate a lot of small portions a day to lose the weight then your metabolism starts working extremely well and for a while it will work to sustain your weight!.!.!.I wouldn't worry too much about it if you are mostly sustaining your weight with your, but if you continue to lose an excessive amount of weight then you might want to get it checked outWww@Answer-Health@Com
