How muny cals to consume?!


Question: How muny cals to consume!?
If i only sit at home al the timedon't go anywhere and don't workout, how manu cals do i need to consume to lose weight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are female, to remain at your current weight (with only doing a minimum of physical activity), you should eat this amount of calories: your current weight X 11 (TO MAINTAIN YOUR CURRENT WEIGHT)

But to lose weight, you should know that 3500 calories = 1 lb!.
So to lose 2 lbs!. a week, you'd need to eat 7000 less calories over the course of the week than the maintenance # of calories!.

For example: Say you weigh 180 - you probably eat around 1980 calories a week and do little physical exercise!. This would be 13860 a week!. To drop 2 lbs!. a week (without adding exercise to the mix), you'd need to drop your total weekly caloric intake to 6860 (around 980 a day)!. Since that is fairly difficult to do, you should add some exercise to the mix (and you can consume some more calories)!.

For the most part, if you ate about 1000-1200 calories a day, you would lose weight!.

There are some great calorie counting sites that can help!. Good luck!! I lost over 40 lbs!. by writing in a diary daily everything I ate and sticking to around 1000-1200 calories a day!.
