i need tips im trying to be a cheerleader and i can tbecuz i have to do the splits someone help !!!!

Splits are some of the hardest things to accomplish-- but if you STRETCH and practice EVERY day...you'll definetly get the spilits in no time. Practice splits about 2 times a day. you can do it also every time you watch t.v.

try this::
stretch your hamstrings and do lunges to stretch your inner thighs. sit in straddle and stretch left, right, and middle 30 seconds on each side. then, lie on your back and GENTLY pull your leg towards your head, and once you feel a SLIGHT pull, hold for 10 seconds. repeat twice. do on the other leg. Once you've stretched for about 5 minutes ...SLOWLY go into the splits (right left and middle) and hold each split for 30 seconds, then go a LITTLE lower. repeat twice per split, 3 times.
