Question:

Which is better to drink, yet still be healthy?

I drink water, but it gets really old after a couple of bottles of it a day. I do add crystal light sometimes, but I really like my diet sodas. Do you think it's better to drink diet sodas over sweet tea? I'm from the south, so our tea is made really sweet...and I know diet soda has articifial sweetner, but also no calories. Sweet tea would have alotta calories depending on the amount of sugar...so what would you drink?? Same with kool-aid...it's mainly water but also alotta extra sugar...


Answers:

Crystal light, diet soda, and any other beverages with anything fake in them are awful for you. The fake sugars in these things really screw your body up and lead to weight gain.
Sweet Tea is better. But, if you're concerned with the amount of sugar (especially refined sugars--white sugar), then try making the tea with honey instead.
Tastes just as sweet and yummy, but is much better for you.
Or try half honey, half sugar in the raw--at least the sugar is real, unbleached, unrefined sugar.

Drinks like Vitamin Water aren't bad either--they're all natural, although they do have sugar in them.
