Diet issues?

i have always been a big girl i've been dieting for 6 months now and have only lost 10 pounds. i only intake 800 calories in 24 hours including my drinks. i have a very misproportioned body i have a size 10 body but a size 26 stomach. could this be something that i can fix or is it a medical problem. does anyone else have this problem?


Answers:

You're not eating enough. If you eat too little your body will go into starvation mode, where you lose little, if any weight. The least you should eat is 1200.

The calories it gives is how much you need to eat to MAINTAIN your weight.
Take away about 500 from whichever one fits you, and that's how much you should eat a day.
