Why do I gain weight when I now started to go to gym for more than a week. Is th!


Question: Why do I gain weight when I now started to go to gym for more than a week!. Is this normal!?
It has only been less than 2 weeks of continous gym in effort to lose weight but it does opposite to me!. ANy help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cardio!? or just weight lifting!?
Are you eating right!?
If you are that means that you are building up muscles!.
Muscles weight more than fat!. It's good for you!.

excercise makes you retain water so the couple extra pounds could be water weight!. Also exercising gives you a bigger appetite!.!.you could be unconciously eating more than usual!. Going to the gym also gives you more muscle than fat but it shouldnt show a significance on the scale so that is most likely not the reason why!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes it is normal dont worry you are gaining muscel!.That is really good!.and as well you can eat alot of fruits and vegitables!.And you will lose weight and gain muscel at the same time!.I am doing that is what i am doing!.And it works!.Best of luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

your building muscle!.!.!. don't worry about it!.!.!. don't focus so much on the weight!.!. focus on how u feel, how u look!.!. but if u must lose weight!.!. increase the cardio!.!. and work on the diet!.!.!. cut out some carbs!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
