I cannot eat breakfast! how do i keep my metabolism from slowing too much?!


Question: I cannot eat breakfast! how do i keep my metabolism from slowing too much!?
i cannot eat until it is atleast 11:00!. if i do i have to shove food down my throat, and it makes me sick!.
also i hate cereal, and i don't have time to cook anything like eggs or something!.
i have to leave for school at 5:30 am!. i already get up at 4:30, there is no way i am getting up any earlier lol

so what can i do to make sure my metabolism stays okay!? i know eating breakfast is good for it, but i just can't do it!.

could i just take a vitamin or something!? drink tea!? anything!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I wouldn't worry about it, I only had 2 meals a day for as long as I can remember and I never had any problem!. Your gonna get plenty of people who will tell you the proper way to eat, but unfortunately their not you!.!.!.Especially those meat heads in the gym who eat baby food and have time for 6 meals a day!. put anything in your stomach!. like the first answerer said, 2 cups of water!. it is possibly the healthiest thing you can do for your body too!.
sometimes though, it makes you wanna gag to make that go in when you dont want it, so put anything from tea to a piece of hard candy in your mouth to keep your metabolism up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

AM - take your vitamins with a glassof juice, or milk, or even cocoa!.
AM snack - bring a nutritious snack to school - a hard boiled egg, cheese, some nuts, or peanut butter sandwich; and a piece of fruit
I trained myself to eat breakfast in high school, when I realized most of my headaches were from low blood sugar!. I used to gag in the morning too!.

I had a similar schedule last semester!. I foudn that drinking a slim-fast was semi-filling and held me unitl lunch!. Plus they have a lot of flavors and you can just grab it and go!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have you tried carnation instant breakfast or slim fast!. Being a liquid it might not bother your stomach and both things contain lots of vitamins and can replace a meal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
