Anyone doing weight watchers...?!


Question: Anyone doing weight watchers!.!.!.!?
If I do it without exercising how many pounds should I be losing a week!?

How many should I be losing a week if I include exercise!?

Do I have to do tummy exercises to get rid of the baby weight or will dieting alone work!?

I was on ww a few different times!. At first you might lose 3-5 pounds a week, but after a week or so if you follow the plan perfectly you should average 1-2 lbs a week!.

I find that I can lose the weight with or without exercising!. But, if you want to tone up I would suggest cardio and simple weight lifting!.

I just do crunches for my stomach!.

This is my second week on WW and last week I lost 2 pounds!. This is the first time I have lost weight since I started working out at the beginning of the year, by changing my eating bad habits I am so happy its working!. Good luck to you on your life style changeWww@Answer-Health@Com
