Answers:

Don't try any fad diets or silly advice like eat only one thing.

Simply pay attention to your portions and eat healthier choices. You're not really overweight, but I know what it is like to want to look your best. So, instead of focusing on diet, focus on exercise. Try yoga and pilates - you can do them at home or in a fitness center. They help you strengthen and lengthen your muscles, so that your body is pulled tight and firm.

Drink plenty of water to help flush out any toxins, take vitamins to help curb cravings (when your body lacks something, you crave foods ... which in some cases leads to binge eating or overeating), and if you can stand the taste, put slices of lemons in your water - it helps!

Do some cardio - walking counts! So does swimming - which is less impact on your body if you have any health problems.

Just toning your muscles will give you a slimmer appearance. Don't pay attention to the scale as much as to how your clothes fit and your body looks. The scale can be misleading when you are as small as you already are - you may gain weight, because you're toning and building muscle as you exercise. But that doesn't mean you'll be bigger. It just means you are healthier. And the more muscle you build, the more calories you burn with everything that you do!

Cut out most of your sugared and processed foods. Eat correct portions of protein/carb/veggies & fruits. Eat smaller meals, more often in the day. That means take a small cooler with fresh fruit or snacks that you prepare ahead of time. All of these things helped me drop 60 pounds in a year, without focusing on a diet. Good luck!
