Answers:
For a girl, that would be VERY, VERY, VERY low!. I have never heard of a female ANYWHERE with a body fat percentage less than ten!. No athlete, no one!.

Also!.!.!.105 lbs at 5' 9" is VERY underweight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There's no way of knowing whether the result is right or wrong!.

If you used an electrical 'impedance' machine, then the reading can be wrong because of dehydration or tiredness (higher than it ought to be) or because of caffeine or anxiety (lower than the real figure)!. Quite a few other things will affect the accuracy of your result!.

If you measured 'skinfolds' with a set of calipers, then the result you got might be wrong because the places where you measured the skin were slightly different from the places you were aiming for!. These 'sample sites' are VERY precise, and missing by a few centimetres can really screw up the calculation!.

If you keep measuring regularly, you'll get better at picking out the right places, so the readings will become more reliable!. By getting the test done professionally, you SHOULD be able to trust its accuracy!. Unfortunately, the training that fitness professionals get is sometimes very shoddy, so that they can be pretty clueless!. Shopping around a bit should help you to spot the dodgy ones!.

The reading might be right!. Bodybuilders (including the women) and cyclists can achieve a bodyfat below 3%!. Seven per cent is about half of the 'ideal' promoted by health professionals, and about a quarter of the 'healthy' population average!.

Having a low bodyfat is not actually dangerous (it can interfere with reproduction, but not reliably enough to be used for contraception), but the reasons for it can sometimes cause other (more alarming) effects!.

If your bodyfat is low, you'll also be less able to store 'fat-soluble' vitamins!. Most of these are anti-oxidants, so you might be more vulnerable to infections if you're not storing much of them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
