Question: How do i lose 10 lbs!. in one month!?
im 5'1 & 97 lbs!. i know my weight is just right for me,but i really have to lose 10 pounds cause my hips are really big and its not proportion to my tiny waist andi want to fit in to that skinny jeans,i want to look like Nicole Richie but 5 pounds heavier!.!.don't tell me ill look anorexic because i am going to lose weight the healthy way!.so tell me,!.!.!.what works!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You will not look anorexic! just thin!. other girls will envy you!

i suggest you cut back on carb products!. Bread pasta rice!. and replace them with loads of fruit and veggies!. Dont eat after 6pm!. and only eat at routine meal times!. between 3-5 meals a day!. 5 small meals or 3 medium sized meals!. and only eat when you are hungry!. so if it comes to meal time and you are not hungry then don't eat!.

and for exercise you should buy yourself a skipping rope/jump rope!. boxers use them to improve their fitness!. skipping burns as much energy as sprinting!. start off light!. skip for 5mintues and rest for 10!. after 10mins if you feel as though you can skip again then go ahead!. do this as long as you can!. eventually you will be able to skip non-stop!. aim to skip for 60mintues in the long run!.

a good way to work those hips is to buy yourself a scooter!. like these ones!.

scooters are great for firming your legs, shrinking your hips and buttocks!. go as long as you can on one leg and once that leg begins to become sore you can simple switch over to the other leg!. aim for 30mintues of scooting in a day!.

and it is important to leave yourself one day a week to rest and recover!.

you can't lose 10lbs in 1 month the healthy way!. Especially not at your weight!.

Just eat super clean!. Lost of plain Chicken Breast and Tuna, no pasta, white breads, ice cream, fries, or anything fatty/sugary!. Stay away from Fruits after 3pm, and you're going to have to start exercising every day!. Drink tons of water and eat a small meal every 2!.5 hrs!. You'll need to run as well as lift weights!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

keep your diet the same but drink 3 liters of water a day at the least [fiji is the best]

you will be peeing all day but you will be peeing out fat

if there is any in you anyway LOL

or detox!.!. try the "master cleanse" but i don't know if that's healthy
