Is 50 lbs in 6 months ok?!


Question: Is 50 lbs in 6 months ok!?
My b/f wants to lose weight but he doesn't want the saggy skin!.
I figured 50lbs in 6 months will be ok!.
Does that sound about right!?
So about 90-100lbs a year good
or could it be safe to do that in less than a year!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

That sounds about right!. You can safely lose 2-3 pounds a week, 26 weeks in 6 months!. So 50 is definitely possible!. Yeah start with a healthy diet and cardio!. You have to come up with some type of a reward system, this will help keep you motivated!. One of the best things to do is make a contingency contract!. Stating what you want to do, who will help you do it, and what do you get for doing it!.

Then also try to find a well balance diet program!. My friend did this one diet program where the average weight lose is 7 pounds in 9 days!.
