How many pounds a week is healthy.?!


Question: How many pounds a week is healthy!.!?
My b/f is 285, 5'9!. He is obese!.
I am 130, 5'4!.
We are going to start on a little diet plan for the both of us!.
we are also going to start walking just for a half hour at a steady pace!.
I dont want him to start off crazy!.
Then make our way up, when he is comfortable!.
How many pounds a week would be considered healthy for him!? For me!?

We want to do this gradually so it doesn't make him too saggy or anything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

BTW!.!.!.you don't need to lose weight!.!.!.!.did a doctor tell you this!?

At your current w3eight you will find that after a couple months you will no loner be losing weight unless you really starve yourself!.!.!.really!.!.!.130 lbs at your height is healthy!.

Getting more tone / fit is a great goal!.!.!.that doesn't necessarily mean you need to lose weight!. You can even lose inches via exercise without losing weight!.!.!.

Seriously!.!.!.what you are going to find is that after you lose about 10 lbs in 3 months!.!.!.it is not going to come off anymore!.!.!.!.and you'll find that 10 pounds VERY tough!.!.!.!.you are only settign yourself up for frustration!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1-2 pounds a week but prepare to lose quite a lot in the first few weeks if you are changing your diet and exercising!. I lost a stone in the first 2 weeks when I started sieting!. Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
