Question: Is seafood good for you if your on a diet!?
I LOVE seafood, but im trying to drop 10lbs for the summer!. I dont eat beef, only seafood and chicken!. I know grilled chicken is good for you, but is seafood!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Seafood is wonderful! A great source of lean protein, meaning it has lots of protein, which is needed on a diet, and very little fat, also a plus!. It's perfect! Seafood is great, just be sure to grill or steam, rather than fry, and avoid batter or butter or breaded etc!. Salmon is the highest fat, or one of the highest fat!. I tend to stick to haddock, tuna, cod, plaice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
