Increase in Weight?!


Question: Increase in Weight!?
I left smoking and drinking around 1 and half months bank and now my weight is increasing very fastly although i am not eating any non-veg, snacks etc and doing light exercises & yoga daily for 40 minutes (My weight is 110 kg so hard exercises are difficult)!. Please suggest what should I do to control my weight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You may be gaining weight if you exercise- muscle weights more than fat so if you are getting muscle, you will weight more!. As long as the clothes fit the same, I would not worry about it too much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just so you know, hard exercise is difficult regardless of how much you weigh!. i get nervous before every workout where i have to squat or deadliftWww@Answer-Health@Com
