What do you think would be the healthiest overall diet?!

Question:

What do you think would be the healthiest overall diet?

And I don't mean a fad diet...I'm talkin' the way way you should always eat to stay get and stay healthy

Answers:

Eat all your colors...All of the different colors of fruits and veggies are going to have different nutrients and vitamins, so if you eat all your colors then you will be getting multiple types of nutrients and vitamins. Also avoid meat and dairy, our body does not digest these properly and there is a high fat count an all of these except fish. (A leading cause of colon cancer.) Also if you can eat a lot of your foods raw, this to will help with proper digestion because whole foods have the perfect amount of enzymes to digest properly. If you get your protien from a non animal source, not only will it digest, and contain less fat...it will also reduce cancer risks due to the fact that animal protien is a leading cause of cancer. Also 5 small meals as opposed to 3 large is helpful. It is important to eat a balanced diet...not to eliminate things such as crbs like so many people have been doing...however proccessed food (containing complex carbohydrates should be kepy to a minimun.)

To sum it up snack through out the day on a rainbow of veggies, add in a little fruit...some beans, lentils, and or nuts and your good to go.

I did this about 5 years ago, lost 6pants sizes and now look and feel better than ever!!!!

( not too mention that this diet is also beat for our enviroment, and is the single most important thing you can do to help with global warming...for more info on that note go to goveg.com
