I need help losing weight, is my ?!


Question: I need help losing weight, is my !?
weight stuck here!?I am 18 years old, 5'2" and i weight 178 pounds!. (overweight YES! i know) I have already lost 20 pounds, but i haven't lost a pound in a month, is my weight going to be stuck here!? Why am i not losing anymore!?
anyone know of a easy to stick with diet (not weight watchers, not nutrisystem, not jenny) but just something that i can put together at home, without it costing me a leg and an arm!.
I would really appreciate it! i want to lose 20 more pounds by August 25th (first day of college!!! eeek!) and i would really like your guys help!.

You have to come up with some type of a reward system, this will help keep you motivated!. One of the best things to do is make a contingency contract!. Stating what you want to do, who will help you do it, and what do you get for doing it!.

Then also try to find a well balance diet program!. My friend did this one diet program where the average weight lose is 7 pounds in 9 days!. You need to count your calories!. It is easy!. Technically you can eat whatever you want but obviously its better if you eat healthier!. I mix healthy and unhealthy!. I have been on a 1200 calorie diet for 13 days now and I have lost 11 lbs!. Yes I eat healthy, but I have eaten mashed potatoes, fried chicken, macaroni, stuffing! I just make sure I don't go over my calorie limit!. So if you want to eat 1200 calories of pizza you can lol (would not recommend) and you woudl lose the same amount of weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

To loss the weight i think this option and its work for me:

eat more fruit
drink fresh juice
get detoxification
no junk food
no milk
no yogurt
no soda
drink natural water
sport (like exercise, running, walking, aerobic, swimming)
eat more salad
good sleep


the example eat menu :

Breakfast

Always same: juice presses fresh, as much as desirable, up to 14 ounce; fresh succulence as much as desirable, or salad fruit; when do you very hungry!. When not make difficult, sometimes fun replaced fruit every day that eaten at morning

Lunch

Fresh fruit juice, or carrot juice, 4 - 8 ounce, when does desirable!. Salad with fresh Vegetable addition desirable and combination sandwich with cucumber or celery!.

Dinner

Fresh vegetable cocktail juice, soup cream cauliflower!. Potato boat or simple grilled chicken!. Garlic flavor string bean!. Salad green French!.

OK just each more vegetables and become vegetarian!. Dont' eat eggs or cheese also!. because there is lots of fats even it is low fat!. for a while go for vegan diet!. walk also!. walk 10,000 steps a day!. it is very good for losing weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i advise you to drink green tea 1-3 glasses per day
green tea speeds up your metabolism
drink lots and lots of water 8 glasses each day!.
do not snack
do not eat 6 meals a day, try to only eat 3
if you are really hungry and you've had all your daily meals snack on fruits ( oranges, apples, bananas )
exercise more try and run for at least 30 minutes a day
get more active
get more sleep it prepares your body
stretch, yes it works and it doesn't just help you lose weight it helps with you're growing to make you a little taller
count your calories try to stay under the amount of 1300 calories per day
change you're lifestyle it makes a difference
do not eat candy or chips eat more greens or protein bars
avoid fast food and cut out fried food when you cook your meal oven cook your food do not fry it
chew gum because when you chew gum you do not pick at food for example if theres some chips in you're cupboard you go to them a think good damn they look good then you would say no i cant pick at them because i dont wanna throw my gum away
do not eat after 6pm because before 6pm you can burn all you're food off and if you eat after six it will lay on you're stomach as you eat!.
do not eat before you go to sleep
drink a glass of water before you go to sleep
eat spicy food, if you can because it speeds up you're metabolism
do not weigh you're self everyday because it torments you,weight you're self once a week ( every Monday )
