Which one is good, yoga or walking? I am getting confused over picking the right!


Question: Which one is good, yoga or walking!? I am getting confused over picking the right one!.!?
I have tried Yoga for sometime, it looked ok to me but recently started realizing that it is not doing much good!. I started doing wlaking and it felt good initially too!. But sometimes I am looking really weak with no lustre in face!. Same thing happens with yoga as well!. I am actually a good looking person with nice color!. Really getting confused as to which one is right!. Not sure if I am doing it wrong!. Please suggest!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Walking is better for fitness and stamina but does not work out all of your muscles!. Yoga improves muscles, joints and circulation!. Both can help to relax!.

Doing both is a good idea as then you get all the bases covered!

You should do both!. If you walk for a bit, then go home and do yoga, you will be great! Yoga isn't that great in itself, but it is a great supplement for athledic activities! I do ballet and modern dancing, then when I am finished I do yoga!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
