Can I be a vegetarian and walk for 2 - 3 hours a day?!


Question: Can I be a vegetarian and walk for 2 - 3 hours a day!?
There are lot of websites that create too much confusion on the diet!. Some say non veg is bad others say vegan diet is good!. I do walking everyday for 2-3 hours a day!. Even the doctors opinions are divided on this!. My intent is to not eat meat as that helps non killing and can be environment friendly!. But can that become a problem for the kind of exercise I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I was a vegetarian for over 6 years!.

It was the healthiest I'd been!. If you eat correctly with a wide range of produce from grains to vegetables you shouldn't have a problem!.

I was very active in this period playing sports all week, you may find that you have more energy!. Occasionally you may need vitamins , but that's no different to people eating meat!.

The most remarkable thing I found was when I stopped being vegetarian and went back eating meat I became low in iron!. hmmm

U'll have to have pulses to make up for the lack of protein; otherwise its fine!. I suggest you don't cut-off dairy products, as that's not really non-veg, it just figures in a skewed definition of non-veg!.!.!.
Also, it wont really help save the environment as humans have hunted and eaten meat since their primary days!.!.!.chickens, for eg, lay like 20 eggs a day and if even half of them hatch then i dare say u wont have a place to live!!!!!!!!!!
Plus, the un-healthiness of non-veg food comes from the fact that its usually deep fried and contains oil, and red meat has unhealthy saturated fats!. So long as u avoid that, it will have the same effect!Www@Answer-Health@Com
