Question: Does anyone know how many calories i should be eating a day!?
im male, 18, 5 feet 10 (1 meter 78), and weigh 63 Kg (141 pounds), trying to maintain my weight
i do around 150 - 200 minutes of walking at a modarate pace per day everyday for exercise, other than that i dont do much!.
im looking for good advice, since every calculator on the net gives me a different answer (one says 2200 calories, the other told me to eat 3100!!)so a reliable calculator or some good guide would be good, thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

For a male aged between 19-50 as a rough guideline the calorie intake should be 2550
To work it out for you, to calculate daily requirements:
Basal metabolic rate: 88!.362x (4!.799XH) + (13!.397XM)- (5!.677XA)
H stands for height in centimetres
M is your mass in kg
A is your age in years
Your BMR shows how much calories you should intake per day
To be more precise you can calculate 1!.1 X (BMR + PA)
Your PA is your mass in kg x energy you use up during the day doing activities x how long you do the activities forWww@Answer-Health@Com

It depends on how much you work out!. I'm 1!.63 and 51kg and I should be eating 3000+ calories a day if I work out!. Normally, I should be eating 2500 calories a day if I don't work out!. However, this all depends on your lifestyle and metabolic rate!. I personally believe that as long as you eat three meals a day and don't starve yourself or overeat, everything should be ok!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
