Exercises to make my arms not so...flabby?

i have kind of flabby fat arms and i was wondering what exercises i could do besides pushups. if you know of any videos on the internet that show it or like pictures or something cuz i dont really understand what ppl are talking about for the exercises then that would be great. thanks in advance

Hmmm, well if you need to lose weight, you'll have to lose weight all over your body for it to show on your arms, and you'll have to do lots of cardio exercise (running, swimming, bike-riding, swimming probably being the best because it works your arms more) and go on a sensible diet in order to lose weight.

Then to tone your arms you can do push-ups, as you are aware, as well as other exercises. You will need dumb-bells but they are fairly cheap so you should be able to invest in a few pairs. Carrying light dumb-bells when going for a walk or run is very helpful, and then with heavier ones you'll need to do a lot of reps (at least 20, and increase every few weeks) of things like bicep curls (curling your arm up), side laterals (extend your arm straight out to the side at a 90 degree angle) and tricep exercises (hold the dumb-bell above your head and move it backwards down by your head). Google for more exercises. Good luck.
