Question: How can i get my abbs alot more defined so they all show(pic included)!?
as you can see from the photo my abbs are reallynot good at all i am tensing them in the pic to make them show and they still hardly show through so what is the best abb exercises to tone up all of the muscles and not just the top 4!.

you need to drop body fat to 10%!.!.
lower abs, always show last cause theres more fat stored over those muscles!.!.
just stick to a healthy diet consisting of eggs, almonds, whey protein,lean mean, oats, low or no fat prodcucts, whole grain, fruits, etc!.
do some cardio, 20 mins running is enough!.!. and 30-40 mins of crunches, lower leg lifts, side crunches, and other full body resistance training!.!.
google or go to men's health, and they have an awesome abs diet guidline!. its healthy, and it works!.!.

It's not just about doing crunches, you also have to reduce your overall body fat (and get rid of the layer of fat over your stomach)!. Not say that you're overweight, but it's something everyone has!.
The best way to do this is to eat lots of small meals through out the day (take your usual 3 meals and divide them in half), eat lots of protein and complex carbs (meaning, cut out white bread, refined sugars, and overprocessed food)!. The small, frequent meals increases your metabolism, and proteins and complex carbs aren't turned into fat immediately and your body actually has to work to process them!.
