Question: How to tone up your abs and butt, for women!?
My wife wants me to put this question out there, she wants to know how to tone up her abs and her butt!. What can she do, she already lost weight but needs to tone this up, what can she do!? She use to be 150 and is now 133 and looks great but she wants to tone up her butt and abs and needs some advice!. What can she do to tone this up!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well congrats for the awesome weight loss!! sounds like she is working hard!

after losing that amount of weight the only way to tone up is strength training!. She will need to go to the gym or get some sort of weight training machine!. Doing donkey kicks or any sort of pilates/taebo will not be enough to tone!. the only way to tone is to add weight training/resistance!. Not alot of weight - enough for her to feel the resistance but be able to do multiple sets of reps!. if she searches 'toning muscles' online I am sure there are plenty of things that will pop up!. but I know for a fact you can only tone so much without weights!.
