Question: Please help!! I cant stop eating!!!!?
i really dont want to be fat and i used to be 99 pounds (5'2) and now im 108! how do i lose them an stop binging every day! i used to eat salads and all kinds of veggies a fruit but now i cant stop eating peanut butter, cookies, hot choclate, etc and i want to lose weight but its so hard!! i no im not overweight but i feel so fat now please help me

ps: its not that im hungry when i binge !.!. i have no idea why i do !!!

It sounds like your having a tough time but dont worry because it sounds as though you really want to get over it, and with the right motivation you can!. Firstly, you said you eat even when you are not hungry - this sounds alot like comfort eating to me!. Are you feeling at all low or unhappy!? Comfort eating can be a way (however unsucessful) of trying to relieve these feelings!. Perhaps it is best, if this is the case, to talk to someone you feel you can confide in first and sort out the emotional issues behind your over eating!. However, if it is simply a case of overeating because it is there, then perhaps start planning meals and snacks so that when you do have cravings you know what you can have and dont feel guilty!. Also perhaps you could find a fun exercise to take part in as a way of speeding up your weight loss and boosting your self esteem!. I hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You seem to still be at a healthy weight- I wouldn't fret a terrible amount!.
The only thing you can really do in this case is will-power, I would think!. If you crave peanut butter try 1 tbsp on some whole-wheat toast, if you need hot cocoa- make it with water and not milk!.
Try eating HEALTHY carbs- they make you feel full!. Search google for these for tips!. Also, proteins will also help make you feel more full and sooner and your body may be craving them (given the peanut butter thing) if you've been neglecting them for too long on diets!.
Also, exercise with diet is the one and only way to lose weight!. Magic pills don't exist- diet pills can help but only to maximize the burn off for someone already working out!. An hour of excerise will also make you less hungry afterwards- so hit the gym or grab a workout tape!
And don't binge- its proven that you will gain weight from these sorts of things!. Its like running on fumes in your car for miles and miles and then filling up!. Try 3 small meals a day and 2 snacks- one between breakfast and lunch and another between lunch and dinner!.
And- if you really have a sweet-tooth- "Weight Watchers" makes very low-calorie ice creams!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your body is craving calories, fat is the most abundant source of calories, 1tbsp of peanut butter is about 80cal and 6g of fat!. Keep in mind your body needs fats, they are not all bad!.

Listen to your body and give it what it needs!. You should be taking in about 1000-1500 calories depending on your level of activity!. If you are not eating enough, you will start craving foods!.

Vegetables are healthy, but they do not have enough proteins or fats that you probably need!.

So dont cut out foods, add the right foods and your cravings will go away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Find something to take the place of the binge!. If you aren't hungry don't eat get up and go for a walk, dance to your favorite song, read a book, call a friend, do 10 sit ups whatever just do something to beat your boredom!. Learn a new craft or play an on line game!.
I have read when you have a craving just wait for 15 mins if you are still hungry eat if not you weren't really hungry to begin with!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hmmm!.!.well, if you really love chocolate, cookies, and such!.!.!.then eat it!. BUT eat only HALF of what you get!. Then just put the rest away, save it for another day!. (lol, that rhymed!.)

Another thing can be exercise!? I know you'll get tired of exercise like running and such!.!.but there is actually a game that one can play that's fun and gets you to exercise!. It's called Dance Dance Revolution!. My parents used that to exersice and man did they enjoy playing it! :] It's all the fun of dancing with exercise! You'll have so much fun and lose weight and gain muscle in your legs and even abs!Www@Answer-Health@Com
