Answers:
You can supplement whey into anything, but that doesn't mean it will taste good!. I actually like the chalky texture in some things, fruit smoothies in particular!. Whey protein supplement is intended for you to put on muscle weight, not fat!. If you are dieting and exercising properly (keeping track of your calories and protein) then whey should aid in your muscle building and not contribute to fat gain!. It is too many calories (from protein, fat, CHO's) that will contribute to fat gain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

whey protein doesn't help you build muscle!

short reps using heavy weight builds muscle

You probably get enough protein in your diet any way!.

It's not how much protein you get in your diet but it's the type of protein; complete or incomplete, the body needs 9 Essential Amino Acids; if you only get 2 of the 9 then the body can't use it for it's function, all 9 are a must for the body to use protein effectively!. Protein is NOT a very efficient energy source!

Complete proteins allows the body to build "tissue", blood, antibodies etc!. You can get them from animal products, milk, meat, eggs and cheese, soy, rice with beans or lentils

Incomplete proteins do not allow the body to perform the above functions so instead of being out of balance the body will just use the incomplete protein as energy!. This is NOT very efficient for the body as it burdens the kidneys!Www@Answer-Health@Com

the only thing that puts fat on your body is to many calories if whey protein shakes cost you 600 calories then just slowly shut out 600 cals through out the day from the other little foods you eat!. then that one big shake won't disrupt the amount calories you have been eatingWww@Answer-Health@Com

1!. If you are working out consistently, then whey will not make you fat!.

2!. NEVER mix whey in milk!. Water only! Milk (and other dairy products) adversely affect the absorption rate of the protein!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
