Whey Protein.?!


Question: Whey Protein!.!?
I am 15, 5'7", and weigh 108lbs (I know, stickman)!. I was wondering if Whey protein is the thing for me!? I have started lifting but am not getting as far as I want to because Im nothing but bone!. Should I consider whey if I want to get more muscle mass from my workouts!? Is whey protein safe for someone my age!? How does it work!? And how do you use it!? Can you like mix it in with some propel or something and drink it!? Thanks so much guys, you are always so much help!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Everyone should have protein in their diet whether it's in what you eat or you take it as a shake!. When I was your age a while ago I took protein and creatine when I was playing football in HS and was very happy with the results!. At 15 I was around your height and weighed about 15 lbs!. more than you!. The summer before I turned 16 I was using both and add 15 lbs!. of muscle!. I ate right and worked out almost everyday for an hour!. It helps your workouts and the results that come with it!. Protein powders are mixed w/milk usually and you can add stuff to make it taste better!. Basically you take it to not waste your workout!. Every person should have 1 gram for 1 lbs of your weight everyday!. I take GNC's Mass XXX it's very high calorie and protein with a bunch of vitamins and amino acids which you need esp!. at your age!. I drink 2 shakes a day!. I mix it with 2% milk and add 2 tbsp!. of peanut butter!. I drink 1 about an hour before my workout and one 30 min after!. I also take creatine mixed in with gatorade right before my workout!. I guarantee you'll be happy with the results!.!.!.Also you should eat foods high in protein!.!.!.lean meats, chicken, turkey, tuna fish, eggs, peanut butter etc!.!.!.Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
