Yogurt and Weight Loss?

I think there is some validity to their statements. I believe they have done studies. The main thing here is calorie count and not just the yogurt. You can eat 3,000 calories of yogurt and fruit/veggies and you won't lose weight. But maybe eating healthier and adding more produce and dairy makes you more full = less calorie intake (and a healthier you) = weight loss. Technically you can lose weight on french fries (if its in your weight loss calorie range) but you are losing out on vital vitamins, minerals and fiber. You'd probably lose weight, but feel like crap. and your cholesterol would raise as well.
