How can food have anything to do with how much you weigh???!


Question: How can food have anything to do with how much you weigh!?!?!?
honestly, i dont see how food can make people fat!.!.!.ya youre probaly laughin at me now but listen!.!.!.

im almost 15 almost 16!. 5'3 and 110 lb!. i have no health problems from recent blood work!. & perfect weight for my height and age, actaully a little under according to my doctor!. but for my diet, i should weigh atleast OVER 200!

seriously, all i do is eat! no lie!. if you saw me walk down the street youd neer expect it!. i got an evenly portioned body & all my friends tell me how jealous they are i can eat all i want & be so darn skinny!. i do absolutely nothing but sit on my *** all day!. i dont eat all junk food, but atleast half of my diet is!. i consume ATLEAST 4,000 calories a day!. and never workout!. i take an occasional walk here and there!. sure i have gym class but i dont do much in that either!. im EXTREMELY lazy!.

if i try to diet & eat healthy & work out, not that i need to, i GAIN weight! this makes no sence to me at all!. so i dont get how anyone can be fat from eating!!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, well, you have a good metabolism!. However I used to be skinnier than you and do the same thing!. I now weigh about the same as you!. There are many girls that are like this!. However, just because you are thin does not mean you are healthy!. Your body weight is probably composed OF fat, which weighs less than muscle!. When I began lifting weights, I gained weight, but had less body fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its your metabolism, your body is very efficient at burning calories, its typical in the young'ins appearently, but it'll slow down as you mature!. (as I was told in health class) Soo uuh!.!.!.If you keep it up by the time you're 30 you should reach your goal of 200 lbs, good luck :DWww@Answer-Health@Com

some people just have a fast metabolism!. I used to be the exact same way but be careful and be warned-it WILL catch up to you when you get older and your metabolism slows down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
