Abs workout?!


Question: Abs workout!?
hey guys,
I'm 17, male (if that helps!.!.!.!.) I started going to the gym reguarly!. The only thing i want know is what's a good abs workout!? I mean the machines to use!.!.!. could you please explain how it works because I dont want to look like an idiot trying to figure it out T__T
And is running on the treadmills good!? What about sit-ups!?

treadmills are good , it helps you lose weight a lot , but it doesn't build abs !.!.!.

situps, crunches, leg lifts, or my favorite hanging leg raises!. abs have a lot moreto do with cardio and dieting then the actual ab exercises!.
