Question: I'm 12 and I weigh 114 ibs!.!?
Is this healthy!? How can I lose weight!? I can't walk around the park or anything because my parents don't have time!. What should I do to lose weight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, this is extremely unhealthy!. You need to cut back on candy and eat healthier and less for starters!. Don't starve yourself, just follow the golden rule: eat until you are full and no more!. If you don't have room for dessert, don't eat it!.

Also, I think it's ridiculous that your parents don't have time to go for a walk with you!. Between the two of them at least one of them should have at least five minutes for you!. If not, you don't need to leave your home to exercise!. Come up with a routine for yourself and set aside twenty minutes a day to exercise - say before dinner!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My mother is 43 and weighs somewhere between 140 and 150!. She is in no way fat or even chubby!. You have to remember, your weight doesn't just depend on fat!. It depends on bone density, your body frame, and muscle mass!. Muscle weighs more than fat, so you could weigh 150 and not be fat at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your healthy weight depends on many factors including your height but to lose weight you have run and eat healthy thats the only natural way to do it without weights or expensive equipment and im sure you can walk the park without mommy and daddy holding your handWww@Answer-Health@Com
