Avcadoes...(are they good for diets? or mess them up?) what nutritonal value if any do they have?

im talking regular avocadoes..
ive been eating them a lot lately.. and just wanting to know if its helping or hurting me on my healthy kick.


Answers:

Avocados are terrific for good health.
Full of Vitamin E and good fats/oils.
They are dangerous for losing weight though. You should only eat 1/8 to 1/4 an avocado per serving. The calories are high from the fats. The fat is monosaturated fats and that is good for you. But eat too many too often and you will put on weight.
So eat them, 2-3 times a week and keep it to a small amount.
Enjoy your avocados, I love them too.
