Do they really work??!


Question: Do they really work!?!?
Do diet supplements really work!? I have two little girls and I don't have much time to spend at the gym, I eat semi-healthy, I have my weaknesses for ice cream, but I don't gorge myself and tend to eat healthy meals and eat only until I'm comfortable, not stuffed!. So I was wondering if there is a supplement that will work for me!? I know there is no "majic pill" that will make me lose weight, but I would like something that might help!. I am trying to find time to get to the gym, but my husband works all day and by the time he gets home I cook diner and after that I just want to spend time with the family!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

um i have tons of problems with diet supplements but the only one that ever ever worked was the ones on the commercial where the woman is talking about her man getting skinny but she just loses her boobs!. i cant think of it now damn!. but its that one but make sure you get the one with hoodia they have them at walmart for like 20 or 30 bucks!. and they work!.!.!.o wait they are slimquick with hoodia i think



i love ice cream too lol!. but try that pill and i walk and drink water i dont do any excesive workouts or go to the gym!. and lost 20lbsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Most supplements are a fad the key is healthy living!. Low stress, family meals/prayers, and a high protein diet with less than 22 grams of carbs per day, a little exercise a day is good especially because I'm sure you get plenty of exercise with 2 Kids,A brisk walk a jog will keep you within burning limits, over doing it can actually cause reverse effects on diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is a pill that prevents your body from absorbing the fat in food!. There are side effects; like anal leakage!. A guy at work used it and lost 60 lbs

I would recommend you start counting the calories you are actually eating!. This will help you get on track with portion sizing and choosing good foods!.

Measure things out and really see what you are taking in!. Loosing weight is 80% diet and 20% gym!. The gym makes you more tone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

they do work but they dont make u skinny, their purpose is to suppress appetite, so they do that- at least the hoodia ones do i donno about the rest- but this doesnt mean that ull lose weight, what it means is that u wont be as hungry all the time and ull get full faster, but once u start eating u can still eat the same amount u ate before if u want to!. so they do suppress appetite but thats not really enough to lose weightWww@Answer-Health@Com

there are vitamin and nutrition supplements available at just about every store, but you need to use them sparingly and try to get as much nutrition as possible from a food source; it is better when it's natural, but yes, supplements are there for you when you really need them!.
Be careful-don't want you to get sick now!.

Nope!. They don't work!. Get a recumbent bike (Walmart has one for about $100!.) that you can put in the tv room!. Whenever you watch tv, ride it!. Also, eat more fruits and veggies; cut back on meat, dairy, sweets, and bread!. I have lost about 30 pounds in the last three months, by following this simple plan!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is no magic pill!. Supplements will only assist you in losing weight!. It won't just drop the pounds for you!. You have to diet and exercise along with the supplement!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could make exercising a family thing!. You could go for a 5 minutes power walk or you could also use fat burners like ZANTREX-3!. there are many options out there!. you could also type wait loss at google!.com!. Hope I helped!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most diet pills work by decreasing your appetite, so I assume that is what you are looking for!. No pill will make you lose weight and keep it off all by itself, but some will help with the appetite issue!. I don't know how old you are, but the older you get the slower your metabolism goes!.

Building muscle tone can help speed up the metabolism!. Eat regular, balanced meals, and don't skip meals!. The less you eat, the body 'starves' itself and gets use to less and less food!. Then when you eat a little more than usual you gain!. The slower the weight comes off, the better chance you will have of keeping it off!.

Now back to the pill issue!. The best diet pill I ever found was Diet Fuel WITH Ephedra!. Then Ephedra was banned, but I had bought like 12 bottles before it was banned!. I heard they were lifting the ban so I did a search and found a product containing Ephedra called Lipodrene!. It will definitely decrease your appetite!. It actually makes me a little shaky, but it definitely supresses my appetite and gives me energy!. I only take them on PMS days when all I can think about is food!.

Four years ago I let the weight creep up a little more than it should and decided to do something about it!. I used Slimfast, Ephedra, and hit the gym hard and got the weight off!. Now four years later it is still off, but I really have to work at it!.

A friend at work had some Green Tea pills she didn't like and gave them to me!. They helped with the appetite as well!. Kroger had them on clearance a few months ago, so I bought some but haven't used them yet!.

Most importantly, when you lose weight get rid of any clothes that are too big!. If you don't have bigger clothes to fall back on, you will be forced to keep the weight off or buy new 'big' clothes!. Wouldn't you rather buy smaller clothes if you are going to shop for new clothes!? While you are in the process of losing, shop at consignment stores since you will need 'temporary' clothes!. Then you can take them back in and pretty much get your money back after they get too big for you!.
